📱 Using the App

How do I browse products?
Open the app and tap "SHOP RECOVERY PRODUCTS" from the home screen. You can filter by category using the buttons at the top: All, Soaks, Scrubs, or Bundles.

What is the molecular breakdown feature?
Tap the "MOLECULAR INTEL" button on any product to see a detailed breakdown of the magnesium compounds and ingredients. Each ingredient card shows you exactly what's in your product and why it's effective for recovery.

Does my cart save between sessions?
Yes! Your cart is saved locally on your device, so you can add items and come back later to complete your purchase. Your cart will remain intact until you clear the app data or complete your order.

Do I need to create an account?
No account required! Simply browse, add products to your cart, and checkout as a guest. You'll need to provide shipping information during checkout, but we don't require account registration.

📦 Orders & Shipping

How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website

How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and its territories. International shipping may be available in the future.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened products only within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original sealed packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Important: Once a product's seal is broken, it cannot be returned. Please make sure you ordered the correct product before opening.

How do I return a product?

Email info@magnesiumathletes.com within 14 days of delivery
Include your order number and reason for return
Attach a photo showing the unopened, sealed product
Wait for Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping
Ship product back with RA number on package

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

What if my product arrives damaged?
We'll replace damaged products at no cost! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item.

Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns (changed your mind, ordered wrong product), you are responsible for return shipping costs. If we sent the wrong product or the product is defective, we provide a prepaid return label.

How do I use magnesium recovery products?
Soaks: Add 1-2 cups to warm bath water and soak for 20-30 minutes after workouts.
Scrubs: Apply to damp skin in circular motions, focusing on sore muscles. Rinse thoroughly.
Sprays/Oils: Apply directly to skin over sore muscles. Massage in and allow to absorb for 20-30 minutes.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products use clean, pharmaceutical-grade ingredients without artificial fragrances or harsh chemicals. However, if you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test before full use. Apply a small amount to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours to check for any reaction.

Can I use these products daily?
Yes! Transdermal magnesium is safe for daily use. Many athletes incorporate it into their daily recovery routine. Listen to your body and adjust frequency based on your training intensity and recovery needs.

Are your products FDA approved?
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are topical wellness products designed to support recovery and relaxation.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. We never store your credit card information on our servers. Your payment details are encrypted end-to-end using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal through our Shopify checkout.

Do you store my personal information?
We only collect the information necessary to process and ship your order (name, email, shipping address). We never sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

The app won't load or is crashing
Try these troubleshooting steps:

Force close the app and reopen it
Check that you're running the latest app version
Restart your device
Ensure you have a stable internet connection

Checkout isn't working
If you're experiencing checkout issues:

Ensure you have a stable internet connection
Verify all shipping information is correctly filled out
Check that your payment method is valid
Try a different payment method
Clear your cart and re-add items

Address autocomplete isn't working
The address autocomplete feature requires an internet connection and uses Google Places API. If suggestions aren't appearing:

Check your internet connection
Type at least 3 characters before suggestions appear
Try typing your street number and name
You can always enter your address manually if autocomplete isn't working
